How can I return an order?
At Bloosy Love you can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Fill in our return form and register your return shipment in advance.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
At Bloosy Love we accept returns up to 30 days after dispatch, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging and the security sticker is intact. This is because of hygiene and safety regulations.

Will the amount be refunded upon return?
Yes, we will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

Are there any restrictions on returning items?
NB! For reasons of hygiene, certain items, such as vibrators and dildos, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. Defective items can be returned. Please contact us via our returns form.

What are the costs for returning an item?
If you have paid for the order in advance with Ideal, we will pay the costs for the return. With other carriers, the costs are for your own account.

Can i cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us via the return form, by telephone or by e-mail.

What is the return policy for sale items, gift cards and underwear? Answer: Sale items, gift cards and underwear cannot be returned.

How does the refund on return work?
Once the returned items have been inspected, you will receive a refund notification. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
